The Homestead Amish Bed has a traditionally styled tall paneled headboard and footboard. The panels are arched on top giving it a slightly dressier feel. The twin, full and queen beds come standard with three panels while the king will come with four panels. The solid wood side rails attach to the headboard and footboard with mortis and tenon construction to ensure stability and durability. This allows the box spring and mattress to sit right on the bed eliminating the need for metal rails. The Homestead Amish Bed is shown here in rustic hickory, but can be customized to your choice of wood species and finish.
